The walkthrough you just took is the apartment, unfiltered: one continuous path from the entrance through the kitchen, the bedroom, the bath, and back out onto the terrace. That same flow carries through in person — the living area folds open onto its own private terrace, a table for two set against the vineyards, with the Chianti hills rolling out below.

Set on the ground floor of a stone farmhouse dating from the 1800s, the space has been fully renovated while keeping what was worth keeping — exposed stone walls, wrought-iron fixtures, and the estate’s old stone olive press, still sitting just inside what are now the terrace doors. The grounds pressed their own oil well into the last century.
